I'm 15/f and I want to get a sixpack. Beside crunches, what can I do? I have to run for soccer anyways so I figured 2miles a day for awhile till i'm in better shape, and crunches at night.
Do "side crunches" work better? Or when your feet are in the air? What's the best way to get a 6pack quickly?
(just like toning it enough to have ripples would be good too)
