bike riding

how good is biking riding for excerise. also how long to i need to ride and how many miles to make a good workout.

It really depends on the terrain. If you're riding in the street, about 2 miles. If you're doing trail riding then about a mile. Trailriding is much more tiring.

Well, bike riding makes your legs stronger and your stomach a little stronger. I don't know how many miles would make a good work out though. But either way you should ease into it (one day = one mile , second day = 2 miles , etc.) until you feel challenged. (ex. before the 5th mile you feel tired)
