I defenetlly understand that!! People are jerks most of the time and if they dont think your advice is helpful and even tho you are being truthful and honest they have to rate you bad! I mean its not the rating that bothers me but its just the rudeness and stupidity that does! Just dont worry about it. You know that your advice is good and thats all that matters!! well alot of people can be unreasonable.. you just have to deal with it. tell them that they shouldve asked about the difference between the two if they wanted to know. you cant read minds... it'll be ok. good luck,

but i know what you mean! the same thing happened to me once! but if your worried about your feedback score then you can earse the advice you gave and everything should be fine! otherwise there is nothing you can do about people like that! you can try not answering questions that you may think are ridiculous.
