It's a slang term for the liquid that is excreted by a person's genetilia (sp?) during sex (most of it is excreted during the orgasm). It usually refers to a guys sperm (which is, more accurately, ejaculated, not excreted), but often it can refer to the liquid that lubricates and comes out of a woman's vagina during orgasm, which is very different from sperm.
