XSugarPieX77 answered Monday June 27 2005, 1:42 am: That is normal that a guy hasn't gone through puberty yet. Some people, boys and girls both can start puberty at older ages. About the Penis size, didnt know much about it since i'm a girl so i looked it up, usually your penis size stays about the same, it can get bigger but not much. It does change from birth to 14 years obvioussly lol. haha. Well, you'll probably start puberty soon... hopefully... And if you dont it is still normal, unless your 25 and you havent yet lolol. Good Luck I guess with your Pubertyness..... hope i helped!

*ashlee* answered Monday June 27 2005, 1:33 am: oh my gosh, you should have hit puberty at the exact moment you turned 14. you need to look into this, maybe go to a doctor. the normal penis size is 12 inches, but it looks like your already 2 months behind so good luck with that.
