 i can't think of a subject but its about weightlossok... i really want to lose weight but i have a really hard time staying away from sweets and junkfood. im addicted to it!  i want to lose about 10-15 pounds but i eat when im bored or have nothing to do.  do you know any ways i can stay on a diet and not eat junkfood or sweets and lose weight quickly??  please help! thanks.

 Well the first thing is that diet soda is no better than regualr. They use fake sugars.
 Next what you can do, is have a regular exercise reuteen such as dancing for a half hour, join your towns health center or, play basketball, or some type of activeity that invovles running. Then what i would do is have more salads, but not for every meal because from what i herd that it is bad for your bladder or something. Haha. Good idea for drinking more water and you should be good.  <3Andie
