Question Posted Saturday June 25 2005, 12:54 pm

Online I was talking to a close friend of mine about guys. He said theres alot of guys who would like to date me except they see me more of a friend than someone to go out with. I drop hints to the guys I like but they just dont get it it since their clueless lol. What could I do to make myself seem datable but not act like a slut at the same time? thanks , I'll rate.

Yea, your right, acting like a slut is no way to get a guys attention. Just, start flirting with them. Tell a guy that you think there hott or something. Ya know? My best friend is having that problem, she's like one of the guys and is friends with them, but she likes one of them and wants him to realize that... Hope I helped.Good Luck.

well you wont be catigorized a slut for this..you should drop them pretty obvious hint that anyone would get like have you seen the new movie? if he has just start a convo if not be like o me either i really want to go see it and my family doesnt either does my friends..do you see what im saying make it obnvious but not to obvious. and yes guys can be very clueless and if they dont get the hint you make the first move and maybe try to to act more dateable then like a buddy for them or even this is kinda drastic but throw a boy/girl party and play games like spin the bottle and the gummie worm game. i went to a party like that and then all the boys were like shes such a good kisser and then i got asked out by the guy i had a crush on it all worked out and i hope it works for you too. hope i helped *Kelley*

I used to be the same way until we all got into high school and i started to care a little more about my appearance and i started to become fluent in the art of flirting. You have to let them know you like them with out smothering them for lack of better terminology. Im sure that the guys will come around.

Maybe you're acting too much like "one of the guys" or maybe you dress a little tom-boyish? which there is nothing wrong with but if you want to catch their attention, dress a little more girly, maybe do your hair and some makeup.. and flirt =D if that doesn't give them a hint i dont know what will! ♥
