Due to security reasons, the <embed> tag is not allowed on Advicenators columns.
However, if you really want music on your site, use this code: <bgsound src="URL of your music file here" loop=infinite> OR <img width=0 height=0 loop=100 dynsrc="URL of your music file here">
Replace "URL of your music file here" with an actual URL to a music file. To find a music file, search on Google, or download one from Limewire / WinMX /anything else you use to download music and upload it to freewebs.com (you will need an account and you'll probably need to wait a week before you can upload large files like most music)
Keep in mind that both codes will only work in Internet Explorer, and that many people don't really like background music on websites.

hey go to my column and click on sheree and then go to that site, find the song you want, copy the code in the box, then go to profile settings and put it in the all about me box thing! hope i helped!
