Of course you can. A pimple is just a blocked pore - and it's not always a sign of uncleanliness when you have a pimple - no matter where it is. Some people have naturally oily skin, and are more prone to get pimples on their faces, backs, legs arms - wherever - just because they have oily skin. It's not a big deal if you get a pimple "down there," it's best to leave it alone (not pop it or anything) because it might become infected. My cousin had a pimple on her inner thigh, and it got infected - a staff infection. She had to have it drained. I know that wasn't fun for her; and you don't want it either. You can put medicine on the pimple, but leave it alone otherwise.

Mosquitoes can bite you "down there" too. Nothing is stopping them, right? If you had/have on loose shorts or capris (or even loose pants) and you were outside near mosquitoes, without bug spray on, there's a good chance you could've gotten bitten "down there." Don't fret - if it's a mosquitoe bite, just put some anti-itch creme on it and leave it alone!

Of course you can. You can get pimples and mosquito bites anywhere on your body. If you shave "down there" it could possibly be an ingrown hair which will look like a pimple. It's not anything to be concerned about. It will go away. If it's a mosquito bite put benadryl on it or calimine lotion and it will be okay.
