so i dont know if i was raped or not but there was this guy and like he was behind me and my friend was standin next to me but like... she didnt see it...so like this guy who was like a lot older then me was like feeling my bra and like feeling my back and shit! and i dont know wat to do its kinda embarassin and all!

you werent raped you were sexually harassed the guy is a perv ... to be raped you must have unwanted sex or sexual acts this is not one of them . you werent molested either a molestation would have been like if the guy told you to touch him in private places and made you do it ... if it ever happens again file a report with the cops .

i understand how you feel i get confused aswell because my m8 was raped but she didnt actully have sex with the man he helped her down and pulled of her top and she nwent to court and stuff and it was clasified as rape i think if he done something sextully to you that you didnt want him to then it could be rape there are alot of terms of rape but i dont think you actully were i mean he didnt hold you down and do stuff to you he felt your bra i think it would mean you were sextully assulted but im not sure check out with a friend or perhaps a doctor or look it up on the internet hope ive been some help

No you were not raped, you were sexually assualted, you should have called the cops and got that freak away from you! If it ever happenes again, be sure somebody see's it so they can be a witness, then call the cops! I hope I helped

It's not rape, and depending on which part of your bra, it was either molestation, or, at worst, sexual harrassment.
If it was the part of your bra that's on your back, and he only touched your back and not your butt, it's borderline molestation, maybe. Was he doin it with his hands, like feeling up your back, or was it just a crowded space and he ended up with like his arm or (if he was fat) stomache rubbing up against you? 'cause in crowded areas, things like this happen all the time - it's whether it was intentional or not.

You were not raped, you were molesed. Being raped is when a man forces you to have sex with him. Being molested is, like you explained, being touched in a sexual way with you not wanting him to do it. You should report this guy immediatley.
