well you see i want to break up with my boyfriend that i have been seeing for about 3 months, i still like him but hes two and half years older then me. hes the sweetest guy i have ever dated. but its just not working out because its summer and i kinda want to be free. i mean i dont want to party i just want to hang ou twith my friends everyday and not him?? the only thing is im just scared to tell him. im so scared... i know im gonna do it on the phone because i could NEVER do it in person. but i cant tell him im so scared. and i know if i tell him online it would be considered "gay" or whatever. please help!

You have to be honest with him. For going out for 3 months, you two should've been pretty close. If he's sweet, he should also be understanding. However, you should weigh out your priorities. Do you want to throw something good away because you can randomly hook up with other guys? Is that really what you want? Everyone is scared when they have to break up with someone. I was so scared i was shaking once. But do what you can.
