hey you have given me advice before and it rocks ur hella cool. Howd you put your picture on your colum and howd you get that layout and is there any way to make the letter pink? Do you have to b a paid user to have that stuff?

No you don't have to be a paid user.
To put a picture on your column, click the link on the left side bar of the site 'profile settings'. Scroll down to where it says 'Upload a picture of you', click browse and select the picture you want. If the picture size is too big then I suggest you sign up to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and upload the picture you want onto that. Then go to 'profile settings' and where it says 'URL of a picture of you', put the picture url.
To change the text colour, go to 'column settings' and where it says 'page text' and 'sidebar text', put the code for the colour you want. There is a link to a page with codes for many different colours to help you.
