Relationship Help

Question Posted Thursday June 23 2005, 12:30 pm

Hi I just got a response from you from my last question, real good advise but the only problem is he will not talk to me !!! He ended this relationship a year a go. So how do I get to talk to him?????? Again I have tryed to not think about him and even told him I met someone else and got married, I figure then maybe I could of got on with my life and moved on???? now if you think about it he thinks im married and figured there is no chance for us??? I'm sure he has moved on also and met someone, It has been over a year and again I have tryed to contact this man from the day he left and he has not returned a call from me in a year???? Do you think he is worth it???? Im a very atractive girl and he has never been with anyone like me !! We were together for 3 1/2 years and I was the first girl he was with that long. He also had some screwed up relationships!! I'm sure he is not with a super model!! He isn't the best looking guy but I feel in love withh is heart!!!

So what do I do???

I'm afraid that if he won't talk to you, that answers your question. He has moved on. Your best bet is to move on, too. I know from my own experience how hard it is to let go and move on. A book that helped me a lot is "How to Break Your Addiction to a Person" by Howard Halpern. I can also tell you from experience that you'll feel a lot better once you make a firm decision not to try to connect with him again.
