Does that mean he doesnt like me even just as a friend? also hes so shy everytime i see him when i go for my dad at lunch he just sits there smiling but doesnt talk whats his deal? but theres another question how can i spice up our conversations a little??? i rate high and even if your answer isnt that good ill still rate pretty good. thanks

Actually, quite a few. this doesn't mean the guy doesn't like you, but it doesn't mean he likes you either. Some guys don't really talk online a lot, it's just not their 'thing'. They might be online almost everyday, and still they just don't talk. It has nothing to do with you.
Spiceing up a conversation with a guy that doesn't talk much might be a little hard. You have to find something he's really interested in. (i.e: music, sports, video games) And if nothing seems to spark his interests, just talk to him in person. Getting to know someone online might work sometimes, but not always. And talking to him in person may make him notice your confidence, which is a HUGE plus to most guys.

Also you are only 16, so you are a little young for him yet anyways. He was probably just being nice by exchanging aim s/n. I know I wouldn't be too eager to be friends with my bosses son.
