MHScutie87 answered Wednesday June 22 2005, 10:52 pm: im taking health and we just learned that you do actually have a greater chance after your period. then, in order, right before your period and then acutally during your period is the least.
aicila answered Wednesday June 22 2005, 10:48 pm: girls can get pregnant on there period but its more unlikely because that is when your eggs are exiting the body. if you have a perfect 28 day schedule for your period its the 12 to 17 days after your period that you are more fertile and more likely to become pregnant. the best time to have sex with very little risk is a few days before your period
xOchErrytWistOx answered Wednesday June 22 2005, 9:40 pm: There's no sure fire way to have unprotected sex and not get pregnant. You can have it on your period, right after, or whatever, and you still can get pregnant. There probably is about a 35% chance less of you getting pregnant if you have sex while on your period or right after, but just use a condom! Seriously, it's not worth it to be pregnant when you aren't ready. Good luck.
