Napalm350z answered Tuesday June 21 2005, 11:37 pm: You can put the same internet on as many computers as you like. It's your phone line, so you can do what you want with it. It doesn't have any effect on the price. All you need is a wireless network or an ethernet hub and computers that support these(cat-5 adapter, ect...). Unless you're talking about dial-up. If you have dial-up then all you need to do is plug your computer up to the nearest phone-jack, but then you can only have one computer on at a time... mushoku answered Tuesday June 21 2005, 7:17 pm: That depends on your juju - if you have bad juju, you might have to pay more, if it's even possible at all. To find out if you have bad juju, please contact your Internet Service Provider. If they claim to not know of this juju of which you speak, tell them you want internet for more than one computer and ask what your options are. If you don't like any of the options, you have bad juju. [ mushoku's advice column | Ask mushoku A Question ]

poa answered Tuesday June 21 2005, 6:30 pm: First of all, why the hell did you only capitalize those last two R's? There were 3 R's above those - and you didn't... No goddamn sense.
It depends.
Dial-up, no, you need two seperate phone lines to do two connections at the same time (granted you can have it on each one - but they can't use it at once)
Broadband, yes, you will need a router and such to split the signal - and it will go slower because its sharing your maximum speed. But you can use both at once and it doesn't tie up your phone. [ poa's advice column | Ask poa A Question ]
