3 days to loose weight

Does anyone know any ways to loose weight in 3 days cause o have a dance on friday and its monday night. Any Ideas?

hmm ok, well i dont know really but you can try to just excersize a lot, eat healthier && go swimming && stuff.. ive tried that for one day *nothing happened the next day* so i really dont know if that will work in 3 days. but just try your best to work out & stuff. just do whatever that will make you feel confident on friday!!

well you could puke everytime you eat...or you could go anerexic...even though that would be stupid. and you really shouldnt care what you look like...just be yourself and have fun--people will notice you more than if you try and put yourself out there... :-) hope i've helped!

I would not go on a crash diet first of all. But, you could eat more fruits and veggies instead of regular snacks. Second, I would run around teh block a few times. You might not loose much weight, but probably enough to feel confident about yourself!
