log in and go to whomevers site you want to be friends with under the picture of them there should be little links that say like IM this person and send message then there will be a link that says add friend and click it

UndeR "Contacting" on theiR pRofile, you click "Add as fRiend" :D Easy peesy!!

Go to their profile and on their 'Contacting so and so' table, their is an 'Add to Friends' button. Click that and then just add them and you just have to wait until they accept your request.
