well if you have internet explorer then you would click on it go to the top next to favorites on the right you see an arrow pointing down with like a clock next to it click that and on the left side of the screen everything will come up for wat you have been going on the u find what you want to delete then hit the delete buton on the right of your keyboard
if you have mozilla firefox then you to to the top click go and a menu bar will come down then you click history at the end of the menu bar and the same thing will happen it will pop up on the left side then you just delete it

Clearing the history on your browser will delete all of them.

If you're using Internet Explorer, Tools > Internet Options > Click "Clear History".

If you're using Mozilla Firefox, Tools > Options > Privacy > Click the "Clear" button next to "History".

To remove individual entries, click the arrow, then mouseover the entry that you want to remove, then click Shift + Delete on your keyboard.

Clear the history, and make it so that it doesn't record anything. Also, delete temporary internet files and cookies while youre at it, just to be safe. This is all in Tools>Internet Options.
