Thanks for your honesty in your reply. But, if you don't mind another question - why would a seemingly nice guy act like that? He seemed like the type that was mature enough not be into the "head-games" thing. If he does want to get together again, should I just always have an excuse from now on?

He may be a nice guy but i think because he is in his late 30's is going to act inmature you know before he turns 40 sorta thing where you act wild and spontanious ... its him getting his last bit of fun before he has to be a real grown up . when your in you 30's you still act like a kid . the thrill that your older and married may have been the kick he wanted before he had to really mature . dont worry if he askes you to lunch or something do what you feel is right .
