For one thing, it's really bad because you are depriving your body. Your body DEPENDS on food to keep you alive and working. Without food it will have to work even harder and it won't have enough energy.
Not eating for two days won't make you lose weight anyway. Sure, maybe you'll lose a pound or two. But what difference should that make? It's only a pound and you'll still look the same.
Do you know why not eating will make it worse? Because after those two days, you will be starving for food. And eventually you'll eat it all back. If you plan to not eat it all back and continue starving yourself, you're just slowly killing yourself and I don't think you want to do that.
The best way to lose weight is to give yourself time. You need to eat a big breakfast, and eat less things as the day goes. It's like an upside down triangle. Never eat food at night. You need to exercise. You need a healthy diet...not just pasta and beef and stuff all the time. If you want more details on better diets and exercising and all that good stuff, just look it up on a search engine like google.com. Many results will pop up.
Conclusion? You need to either give yourself time and try to change your habits or accept yourself. It won't happen over two nights. If you can't do that, you are just going to have to learn to accept your weight and love who you are. [ HyperactiveMiss's advice column | Ask HyperactiveMiss A Question ]
