i just wantded to try liquid eyeliner cuz ppl said it doesnt run or smear like pencil.. can someone explain how to use it?

You use it just the same as you would the pencil kind. You just have a little brush instead of a pencil. It is darker and goes on a lot easier too. :)

I guess it depends on which eyeliner you buy becuse if i use it on the bottom i have 2 like fix it every hour. I sorry i no that this is probably not the anser you wanted but... It's pretty hard to use like the 1st 105 times.

ughh! dont use liquid eyeliner...it runs in your eyes and then it hurts! trust me..ive tried..stick to the stick hon!
* try the retractable stick! i find it alot easier then pencil and liquid!*

In my expeRience, it smeaRs just the same as pencil. But many times it's a bit woRse, because you WALK OUT OF THE HOUSE WITH IT SMEARED. It's just so damn haRd to apply evenly. It's a game of patience, it Really is. And pRactice. Just hold one eye closed, and slowly apply it along youR lash line. SoRRie I can't say much else; theRe just isn't much to say about liquid eyelineR otheR than.... it takes pRactice... Goodluck to you!! :D
