i didnt think i was strong enough to rip the letters up but i did i read them too and cried the whole time, but now i have the pieces, wat do i do how do i get rid of them i dont think im ready to but i dont want any contact wats so ever with that person till i recover completely.
how do i get rid of them?

You can either start a bonfire, the smoke from the fire can represent the emotions from your heart.

But to make it more safe, I suggest you push, that's right, push yourself to gather up all the pieces, and then push yourself even more to the trash can, and then shove yourself drop all the pieces of the past into the trash can, and walk away with out turning back. I would suggest you run away from the trash can, but that would look weird and suspicious, plus there is a strong possibility that you will trip.

If you are gonna do a bonfire, do before it rains to make it more dramatic. And when it rains throw your hands up in the air and close your eyes to make it even more dramatic.
