well first of all an orgasm is amazing and second one way you can get an orgasm is by rubbing your clit with your fingers and thinking of sexual things or watching porn (ew hah) but it works ;-) hope I helped!

to answer the first part of your question: ...from what i hear-its like an 'explosion'. and from what i read somewhere, there are like, muscle contractions/spasms in your vagina. (lol) i don't really know what else to tell you-i think its one of those things that you have to experience to get.
and to answer the second question: two words-clitoral stimulation. i guess you would just have to rub (stimulate) your clit until you orgasm.
my only tip on that is...experiment.
