I like this girl so much but she is practically dedicated to this guy but he doesn't love her the way I do but I can't tell her that I love her because we are likebest friends and I really wanna date this chick but she is to tight on this other guy what do I do?

You either tell her how you feel now and get it over with, or you wait until he dumps her and make your move. Either way, if you feel that deeply for her you need to tell her about it. She may feel the same. Look at all the time you will have wasted. Go for it, just a matter of how you want to time it. :)

If she is very dedicated to that other guy, there must be a reason. She probably loves him very much. If you care about her, you'll let her be. You don't KNOW the other guy doesn't love her the way you do. Of course you feel that way, any guy in love would feel the same, but don't make assumptions just based on your feelings. If the other guy isn't that great of a boyfriend, just let it be. Eventually she will see that. In the meantime you can just be nice to her and just be there for her. And if things don't work out between you and her, there are plenty of other girls out there for you and at least you are still good friends with her.

Well, if he doesn't love her the way you do, then just wait for her to drift away from him...and then just take her out a few times and then tell her how you feel about her...don't tell her right off or she might like freak out... but just be there for her through everything and wait your turn.

I think you should wait for them to break up, then you need to comfort her in all ways you can when and if he dumps her. Until then, you should wait and let her have her time.

if this guy really doesn't care about her, you might try to get her to see that. then all you can do is be there for her total, and maybe she will see that.
