Well, I have a feeling who wrote this, but, let me answer this "professionaly." I would say that if your best friend stole your sex tape, then maybe you should confront them. Ask them why they took it and ask for it back. It's not my buisness why you would have a sex tape in the first place. If you are asking how to get it back, I would say just ask them. But, I would say just talk to your friend about it and see how well it works out.
