ok. so i have this friend "jamie" and jamie is always saying she wants to hurt/kill herself. Now, im normally worried and she tells me not to tell anyone but I really want to tell someone. She really needs help. Like really!!!! And please don't say let her do what she wants b/c i've tried that and it didn't work out

well remember this is "jamies" life.
talk to her about all of her problems and see why she is doing this.
dont go to a adult, that makes it worse.
just talk to her, let her know how many people care about her. and w/e else
tell her you are here to help her.
and lets hope she makes the right choice and doesnt do anything. but this is jamie's life, and she can do what she wants.
