ok first crying is a natural feeling, some ppl feel the need to cry more that others, its nothing you can help, you just have to let the tears flow. as for your loss of your best friend cause he is now your x, try hanging out with other friends or going out with them. you also could try talking to your x and see if you two can still be friends.

best of luck!

Tell him the reason you were crying was because you felt bad for hurting him and you just thought it wouldnt work out. Crying isnt a bad thing tho. Dont feel embarassed.. just tell him that and he will understand. ♥

Well actually, that's not true. He can't say "you shouldn't cry because you're the one that broke up with me". You know why? Because sometimes it hurts people to break up with someone. Sometimes people are hurt and cry, but break up with someone because it's for the best. Just because they did the breaking up part doesn't mean they can't do the crying part. Actually, crying kind of proves you do have a heart and you do care for him. So don't feel like a loser or an idiot.
