im starting this new excercise program in 3 days, i need sup

im 5'7 and 168 lbs. i have lost about 10 pounds since last year. and i got such a big boost of confidence. im starting this exercise program in 3 days called power90.they claim u can loose up to 40 pounds in 90 days,I hardly ever excercise, so this may be exactly what i need:) i am excited because i go back to college in 2 months. the truth is i have been obsessed with my weight for 2 years now. I dont ever over eat, so i cant imagine why i gain so much wieght. if there is any advise that can be given, i am willing to ty. because i am 100% focused. please share.

ok well first off all if your 5"7 then 168 lbs. is not that bad it might also not be that you eat to much but you eat to unhealthy just eat no sugar and a diet is ok just dont go over board

Jogging and bicycle Riding will do WONDERS foR you!!! AnotheR exeRcise that will help TREMENDOUSLY: left lifts!! And of couRse it's impoRtant to eat wisely. PRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell at heR weight loss!!! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, [which I can tell you definitely aRe!! :D] and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I would suggest no more desserts, mcdonalds, wendy's, or burger king! And if your willing, no soda either! drink alot of water and it will help with your workout!

you might be gaining weight because your metabolism is slow. but exercising will help you a lot. just put all your effort and it doesnt matter if you are slower that other people as long as you dont quit. good luck. drink a lot of water it will make you lose weight and make your face look slimmer
