Okay.Well me and this dude were dating for 10 months and broke up a month ago.i was crushed.but he seemed all kool with him.it looked like he wasnt hurt or missing me at all.Well i miss him tons and so i decided he needed to know how i felt bout him.so i told him.well he would act like he didnt feel the same way or he would be all i love you and stuff.But then he decided to tell me that other girls are hot and stuff like that.And yes it does make me Jealous.but i wanna know if he really likes me or not.What should i do?

Okay. Well, since all guys think other girls are hot, even when they are commited, there are just those who say it out loud and then there are those who are silent about it. Becuase he is telling you that he thinks other girls are hot it's because he wants to make you jealous.
Also if he didnt care about how you felt or what you thought he wouldnt worry about trying to make you jealous, he would just not talk to you. It's probably just that his heart is broken so he's trying to mend it by talking and thinking about other girls, telling you about the "hot" ones, and trying to make you feel bad because he knows he lost you.
I don't know if he still likes you but if he does he probably is scared to admit it to himself and you becuase he probably dosent want to get hurt again like how he got hurt before.
