ok, so my school is going ona frield trip to a place where there is a pool. I am realy nervous about going becaus ei am self concious of my thighs and stomach. see, we are going in four days, any quick tips to look better!? i rate high.
BrOwNxEyEdxBaBy answered Monday June 13 2005, 9:07 pm: hey sweets ! i hate my stomache and my legs too so the best advice i could give you is.. watch what ure eating and do sit-up and crunches, and alla that, but i cant tell you that you'll lose a lot of weight cuz you prolly wont but hey.. its worth it.. it`ll get you in shape and im sure you`ll lost some weight !!

Do crunches, and watch what you eat until then---not too much fat, and maybe run on the treadmil and do some squat jumps if you know what they are bc they work wonders i swear!!
