ok, my parents are way protective! i'm 13 and i have to be home by dark when all my other friends can stay out til 11:00 or even later! what can i do?

Talk to your parents about this; compromise with them. Let them meet your friends and show them that you arnt going to ge into any trouble. Try to get them to trust you. Once you get their trust, you can pretty much do whatever. Tell them exactly where you're going and what time you will be back. Call them rqndomly when you're out letting them know you're ok.

Protective parents are a pain in the ass, but remember they are doing what they think if best for you. Try to realte to them, if they were party animals, bring that up. I have it easy because my dad was a big partier and he knows i wont to anything too crazy.
