ok so i unzipped a file now how can i use it on word prosser or on paint?

What kind of file? A font file or a picture file? If you mean a font file, once you've installed the font, it will be usable on any Windows program. That includes Word, Works, Paint, etc. Just select the font in the font toolbar, and it should work.

If you mean something else, make sure you clarify so I can help you out more.
