what's true friendship?

Dear Court007,
I have been talking alot of crap about a girl who did absolutely nothing to me. I have done a lot of crappy things to her, and now I want to gain her trust as a friend, but I dont know if she will give me a secound chance to prove that I really am a nice and good person.What should I do to make our friendship work? I'm sorry Courtney!
