Well if you both like eachother then WALLAH, we gotta match! lol... but um if you dont wanna do stuff like give him head and stuff then just tell him and if hes like "oh well then we shouldnt go out" then that means all he wants from you is sex, and he's not worth it but if he's like ok its cool, then you should DEFINITELY start soemthing and see how it goes... so id say just be like " Listen, *his name*, i wanna go out with you, but i think we should take things slow and see what happens" then see what he says...
