Aww!! Oh my God, you sooo don't need to be adding extRa pRessuRe to youRself, foR one thing. I know the FIRST thing you MUST do pRioR to losing weight, is admit to youRself that it's NEEDED, but you definitely should NOT go oveRboaRd!! You have to be dedicated; dieting IS NOT easy; ceRtainly no piece of cake. ;D But what Really gets some people determined is the amount of weight loss noticeable within fiRst WEEK!!!!! This is known as "wateR weight", and it's usually good foR 5-15 pounds gone in DAYS! Also, jogging does WONDERS foR you, so some of that would be good!!! Also, if you wanna slim down too, tRy doing leg lifts. To do these, stand up stRaight, and slowly move youR leg -ONLY YOUR LEG- backwaRds. Like, say you'Re going to kick something, but kick BARKWARDS, and DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES!! It's designed to tone youR thighs and ass! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!! Hopefully I've been of some sort of help heRe!! =D

Basically, maybe the reason is because you love food. When you eat, do you do something afterwards or sleep right away? After eating if you aren't doing something then there's so much stored energy in you then you get fat since you won't burn off your calories. Becoming skinny is not also good since you'll be unhealthy. Maybe it'll be better if you'll not be too skinny nor too fat. You can exercise twice or thrice a week. Jogging or going to the gym. If not, even walking can burn off the calories. Make sure that everytime, you'll exercise even in simple ways. Try not to eat less suddenly. Just take it slowly. Little by little you'll eat less.
