lol well its called Jlo glow and i think it say "get raidient skin like jlo" or something on it,but it might cost a lotttt of money.
an easyer thing to do is apply what ever blush or powder [[or you dont have to use any]] and apply any make up you want [[i think you should use some nice a little shimmery color on your eyes]],after your all dont putting all the make-up on your face take some gold eyeshadow and use a blush brush,and put it around where you want your face to look glowy.Dont put gallons and gallons of gold on,just one layer [[by the way--not dark gold just kind of like a dusty nice shimmery gold :P]] it also adds tone :)
if this doesn't work i think you should search google for "glowing skin tips" or raidient skin like jlo..sumthing along those lines.Im sure they'll give you good results!!!
