OMMMGG!! 300-500 CRUNCHES A DAY???? are u serious, please tell me your kidding!! cuz ive got about 1 week to get a hot stomache before i see my boyfriend again..and i get really tired after doing like 15 crunches. So i do 50 a day! OMMMMG 500? how is that possible? mayb im doing them wrong or something. Lets say i manage to do about 100 a day - for how long do i hafta do them to get a nice stomache????

Lol, yes...but I am also on a swim team, so I have to stay in shape all of the time. If you do 100 a day, it will take longer, but you can get toned. If you do it 100 a day, then try adding a few other exersizes to make up for the lost ones...something easier that you dont get tired easily doing.
