[if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!! Hopefully I've been of some sort of help heRe!! =D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
Courtney answered Thursday June 9 2005, 12:49 pm: Try doing some sit-ups and crunches. The crunches aren't necessary. Try to stay away from bread and starchy food such as rice. Limit the use of sweets. If you could get your hands on some salad, then that would do you some good too. And if you know some yoga things, then try them. Just have fun and do whatever you consider that is fun and this something should be able to help you achieve your goal. [ Courtney's advice column | Ask Courtney A Question ]
