 OVERWEIGHT wHAT CAN i DO TO HELP MY BODY LOSE FAT?
  [  ] Want to answer more questions in the Health & Fitness category?   Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness?
  Well, excercise, eat healthy, run around, play sports, play anything outside with neighbors... 
For example~ 
-Baseball 
-Soccer 
-Kickball 
-Kick the can (kinda boring, but lots of running involved) 
-Capture the flag 
-dodgeball around the houses closest to you 
- a full on neighborhood game of dodgeball 
-go to the pool, swim, don't sit and tan 
-walk the neighborhood (or area) with friends or anyone for that matter. 
-ride a bike 
-go for a jog alone or with friends, if alone bring a CD player, cassette player, MP3 player... ect

Eat three normal sized meals a day, one serving, with  a small or healthy snack inbetween.

Go to the Y, use the treadmill, or those step things, maybe lift some weights. What grade are you in... or are you an adult? If you're a student at a high school then make sure you have p.e classes on your schedule. Such as Advanced P.E, weight lifting, Modern Fitness (my sister lost a lot of weight... so she says) umm, regular p.e, and so on. 
If you're an adult then hit the gym on the weekends. Take a jog in the mornings before work.
