ok theres this kid that i went with and dumped being dumb [but for a pretty good reason] but anyways ive never stoped liking him .. he has a girlfriend and i have a boyfriend. this may sound stupid but idk. i always like help him out with this girl [his g/f] like give him advice sorta and we always talk about everything .. he is always lookkin out for me like my older brother and i just dont know what to do .. i mean i like my b/f and all but ive liked this kid for like ever ! should i talk to this guy or what ?

i say don't talk to him. he has a girlfriend and you have a boyfriend...you wouldn't want to start talking to him and then screw things up with your current bf. and you also wouldn't want his girlfriend to think that you're after him and then she would like have problems with you.
if hes like still your friend and like an older brother (protecting, loving, caring) then thats still awesome. don't things up when they're going good.
