cheer chik well i haf this fren and she is a competition cheerleader..like she competes n stuff. she says i wuld be a grate c.leader and that i shuld tri out for Top Flight...the place she goez to-ya no. aniway all i haf to do is nale a back-hand spring!i can do a bak bend reel fast and she says i culd do the b.h.s. but im scared to lol. im scared im guna land on mi hands but then like.. mess-up... i dunno. are there any tips on how to start off or sumthin. i just wanna do it the right way n not get hurt! thanx,

when i first started doing cheer, i always did all of my tumbling on my bed. that way if i fell i wouldn't get hurt but still my bed just felt like really soft ground. get used to doing back hand springs on your bed....then move to the floor. and if i was you...put like a few blankets down or something to have a little cushion in case you fall. before you know it you will be doing back hand springs like nobody's buisness!!! hehe! good luck if ya try out gurlie! ]
