thumb sucking

well im 14 & i have braces. i still suck my thumb. i need to stop like bad! every time i try i just go back to it. please give me some tips i can use to break this habit. its embarassing. thank u so0 much hun! ♥

I dont really know how because I never had that habit but when ever you want to suck your thumb chew gum. Gum gets rid of a lot of bad habits like smoking and such. If you keep your mouth and your hands busy you wont suck it as much. ♥
