Pool Party

On Thursday I'm going to a pool party. Is there any possible way I can lose weight asap, even if it's jus water weight? please help me?!?! I rele need it! <3 Or like a extreme workout that'll help me?

My advice for you is to run for a good 30 - 45 minutes each day, watch what you eat & do tons of cardio work outs. Also, try cutting back on sodas (the sodium causes you to retain fluid), pastas/bread (they produce excess insulin & that will make you puff out), chewing gum & drinking from straws (they both send air to your tummy).


Work outs that qualify for cardio are ..
Jump Roping, jumping, running, dancing, jogging, swimming, playing tennis, kick boxing & any other activity that makes you outta breath & gets your heart rate up.

WateR weight is good foR 12 pounds sometimes. Just tRy jogging, and doing *A LOT* of sit ups and/oR cRunches!!! It's actually VERY possible to see a dRastic diffeRence in the fiRst week [since it *WOULD* all be wateR weight, ya know?] That's usually what get's a peRson's deteRmination up -- the fiRst week's loss. If you have some soRt of exeRcise equipment, definitely use it. Goodluck!!! Hope this helps!! :)
