Guy problems :(

Okay... so i was just going out with this guy for a day. And then all the suddent he dumps me. He said that he needed to think about things and that he is having family problems. Do you think that he really is having family problems? Or do u think that he likes another girl? Do you think i should go back out with him cuz he told me that he cant really have a gf rite now but that he mite like next week. Do you think i should go back out with him there??
I'm 15 a girl and hes 16.

Sounds to me that this guy isnt very mature and isnt intrested in having a serious relationship. You could go out with him again but I would exspect more of the same as far as you never being very sure of what hes going to do next, or feeling secure in a relationship with him. If he is changing on weather he can even have a gf or not on a weekly basis then its not worth it.
