hey .. well i got these like red things on my breast ... what are they and is it normal? thanks <3

YOu have to be more specific. Are they sore, how big are they? Did they just appear, or have you always had them? Are they itchy? Are they leaking any type of fluid?

Well are you prone to acne, do you have it anywhere else on your body, Back? face? If not, then I would say it is an allergic reaction to something. DId you start to use a new lotion, perfume, were you in the sun too much. Any of these things could cause a rash. If it is a rash try dabbing it with butter milk. If you have any, if not try whole milk or even yogurt. They are all good for your skin, and will calm it.
