ok...um...help?

ok...theres this boy and would giving him a question sheet like "would you go out with blahblah? ______" be a bad idea? Would he not answer the questions or something?I need some creative way on paper to ask him out...plz help!!

Well, don't make it too long, it might freak the guy out. But put enough info on there too. Put something like this:
"Hey *his name*! Wanna grab a slice of pizza sometime?
PS Call me at *number* and maybe we could arrange something.
From,
*name*"
Short and sweet, and a bit mysterious. That isn't too much info for him to know EVERYTHING about you. If babbled on and on, then he would NOT be too excited to meet you.
