I had a grandmother and she was a drug addict and I knew it because I cought her more than once taking them and she recently passed away and my parents cant figure out why, because she seemed healthy, should I tell my parents that she was a drug addict? or should I keep it to myself?

I think you should tell your parents because if they find out that you know and you didnt tell them they might be upset, starting @ the begging I think you should have told them the first time you cought her because then maybe they could have gotten her some help. and she might still be living, I am so sorry she passed and good luck!
