Well thats a VERY VERY good question. Well lets see... what do you look for in a best friend? Do you look for honesty, trust, fun, manners,... or what? Think about what you want from a best friend and then see if he/she fits all of those. And do you feel that he/she considers you a best friend, and can you go to this person for advice or questions? Think about all this and think about what you want in a best friend! Hope it works!!! xoxo, Rose p.s. write again if you need more help!!!
