how would i get a guy to notice me? im 13!

well, you need to find something you have in common and then talk to him a lot about it and anything else that comes to mind. Smile, say Hi. Be nice. Just get out there and be where he is! Good luck...Also 13 year old boys are a little immature at times so if they don't notice you right away, give them some time! :)
